  • To assess BM microhemodynamics, fluorescently labeled murine erythrocytes were injected intraarterially and their velocity in venules and sinusoids was determined by off-line video analysis (17). Since rheologic parameters in BMCVs were often different in individual segments of the same venule upstream and downstream of bifurcations, these vascular segments were analyzed separately.
