Figure S1.Regulation of Src and Syk phosphorylation by E-selectin engagement. (A and B) WT neutrophils isolated from the bone marrow were plated on uncoated (unstimulated) or E-selectin–coated wells for 10 min, and lysates were prepared. Lysates were immunoprecipitated with either anti-Hck (A) or anti-Lyn (B), followed by immunoblotting (IB) with a phosphospecific Src antibody that recognizes the tyrosine in the catalytic domain of Fgr (n = 3). (C) Lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-Syk (n = 2), followed by immunoblotting (IB) for phosphotyrosine (PY) or Syk as a loading control.
