Figure S1. AID mRNA transcripts from wild-type and transgenic mice were analyzed by real-time PCR using RNA isolated from mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs), thymus, liver, pancreas, testis, brain, and kidney as shown. Bars represent the fold change in AID mRNA expression using the 1:1,000 dilution of wild-type MLNs as baseline. Ku70 cDNA was used as a loading control to normalize all samples. AID was amplified using PrimerBank oligonucleotides, and Ku70 was amplified with Ku70-5′ and Ku70-3′ primers as described in Materials and methods.
